“Where Did the Bible Come From”
Pastor Olson is leading three sessions of the Adult Forum on the origin of what we believe is God’s Holy Word, the “authoritative source and norm of the church’s proclamation, faith, and life.” The first session deals with the process of how the Bible came to be in its present form. The second session explores in more detail “what’s in there and why?” The final session addresses such topics as the authority of Scripture, “canon within a canon,” and issues related to translations. The forum is from 10:10 – 10:50 am in the Fellowship Hall. All are welcome to join us.
