Twenties’N’Thirties (TNT) The TNT group is a group of couples in their twenties and thirties that meet for fellowship, to discuss life and faith using books and multimedia resources. The group meets in local parks, play areas and at Grace Lutheran Church. Child care is provided at every event.
Quilting Our quilters gather on Thursday mornings at 9:30 a.m. during the winter months of the year (January-April) in the Fellowship Hall; creating quilts for baptisms, graduating seniors, Grace youth mission trips, GLCW events, fundraisers, and for families in need in the Mankato area.
Knit & Chain Whether you want to learn how to knit or crochet, are a beginner, or would like to join in fellowship with other knitters, all are welcome in this group! The first Wednesday evening of each month, Grace’s Knit & Chain members get together to knit or crochet in fellowship and prayer for those in need of comfort. The finished shawls are then placed in the Church Office for those who would like one.
Book Club Book club meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month either at church or at a member home. Reflect with us on faith and life through reading selected popular novels. Please call Jane Zenk at 388-7509 if you should have any questions or would like to join in.
Prayer Group The prayer group gathers on Thursdays at 1:00 p.m. for prayer and discussion of Bible related topics at Grace. Everyone is welcome. Contact Meredith at 345-4248 for more information.
Sweet Connections Our team of Grace congregation members, comprised of all ages, meets once a month for about an hour to prepare the monthly newsletter, the 4th & Main, for mailing after it has been printed. Each member of the team takes a turn to bring a snack to share, as we gather in fellowship after our work is done; as well as sharing feedback with our Office Specialist about future newsletters. If you would like to become a ‘Sweet Connection’, please contact Ashley in the church office at 345-4248.
